I had the pleasure of attending Yelp's Art in Action at the Gillespie in downtown Louisville and I had a blast. I have never attended an event like this before or was even aware that Louisville had things like this happening. This was like a huge expo of a multitude of local Louisville businesses showcasing what they had to offer and how amazing they are.
There was such a wide variety of people there. I had no idea what to expect from this but seeing so many people excited made this awesome.
There were so many businesses here that it was a bit difficult to keep track of them all. I want everyone, whoever gets a chance, to visit and try these different foods and drinks in Louisville. I mean, it's amazing food and it's just another plus that it's from Louisville.
I'm going to get the ones that everyone that's a Louisville native should already know like Mark's Feed Store, the Mayan Cafe, Art Eatables, Rivue, Heine Bros, and so on. There were a couple I wanted to touch on and would like everyone to try out.
There are just so many names to list and quite frankly, I was a bit buzzed from all the free drinks to be capable of remembering them all. I had a lot of fun seeing what Louisville has to offer for their people and bumping into so many old friends and making new ones! Download Yelp and keep up with what's going on in your city!
